Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Redgoldgriin will notify the customer if a significant delay affects an order.

Grocery and Perishable Orders

Fresh, frozen and other perishable products may only be available within selected delivery zones. Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive these items within the agreed delivery period.

Perishable products that spoil because the customer provided an incorrect address, could not be contacted or was unavailable during an agreed delivery attempt may not qualify for a refund. A new delivery fee may also apply.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers should contact Redgoldgriin as soon as possible to request an address change, order modification or cancellation.

Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been prepared or dispatched. Grocery and perishable orders may not be cancelled once preparation has begun.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery representative may contact the customer before or upon arrival. Customers are responsible for remaining reachable through the telephone number provided at checkout.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, unreachable or has provided an incomplete or incorrect address, the order may be returned or scheduled for redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Receiving and Inspecting an Order

Customers should inspect their order as soon as it is received. Any missing, incorrect, damaged or visibly spoiled item should be reported promptly with the order number and clear photographs.

  • Promote the benefits of selling through Redgoldgriin.
  • Support vendor-recruitment campaigns and events.
