Shopping on Redgoldgriin is simple. Browse products from trusted independent vendors and the Redgoldgriin Official Store, place your order securely, and have it delivered to your preferred location.

1. Find What You Need

Browse our product categories, explore vendor stores, view current deals or use the search bar to find a specific item.

You can also use the filters on shop and category pages to narrow products by price, category, brand or other available options.

2. Review the Product Details

Before adding a product to your cart, check:

  • Product description and images

  • Available sizes, colours, quantities or variations

  • Price and stock availability

  • Vendor or store information

  • Estimated delivery information

  • Applicable return or refund conditions

Products are sold by different vendors, so prices, fulfilment times and store policies may vary.

3. Add Products to Your Cart

Select any required product options, choose the quantity and click Add to Cart.

You can continue shopping or open your cart to review your selections. From the cart, you can:

  • Change product quantities

  • Remove unwanted products

  • Apply an eligible coupon code

  • Review your estimated total

  • Proceed to checkout

Orders containing products from different vendors may be processed or delivered separately.

4. Enter Your Delivery Information

At checkout, provide accurate contact and delivery details, including:

  • Your full name

  • An active telephone number

  • Your delivery address

  • Your GhanaPostGPS digital address, if available

  • A nearby landmark or helpful delivery instructions

Make sure your telephone number is correct and accessible because the vendor, delivery partner or Redgoldgriin support team may need to contact you about your order.

5. Select Delivery and Payment

Review the available delivery methods and charges shown at checkout. Delivery options may depend on your location, the products ordered and the vendor fulfilling the order.

Choose one of the available payment options and confirm that your order information is correct before proceeding.

For your protection, only use payment methods displayed or officially approved by Redgoldgriin.

6. Place Your Order

Click Place Order after reviewing:

  • Products and quantities

  • Delivery address

  • Telephone number

  • Delivery method and fee

  • Payment details

  • Final order total

After your order is successfully submitted, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number and relevant details. Keep your order number for tracking and support.

7. Track Your Order

You can check your order status by:

  • Visiting the Track Order page

  • Opening the Orders section of your Redgoldgriin account

  • Using the tracking information provided in your order update

Depending on the vendor and delivery method, additional delivery updates may be sent by telephone, email or another available communication channel.

8. Receive and Inspect Your Order

When your order arrives:

  1. Confirm that the package is intended for you.

  2. Check the package for visible damage.

  3. Confirm that the correct products and quantities were delivered.

  4. Report missing, damaged, defective or incorrect products as soon as possible.

Where possible, take clear photographs of damaged products and packaging before using or disposing of them.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

If you need to cancel or amend an order, contact Redgoldgriin as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed, dispatched or delivered may not qualify for cancellation.

Eligible unopened and unused products should generally be reported within three days of delivery. Perishable goods, digital products and certain hygiene-sensitive items may not be returnable.

All cancellation, return, exchange and refund requests are subject to the applicable Redgoldgriin and vendor policies.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Growth Coordinator to build awareness, attract customers and support vendor recruitment for Redgoldgriin.

This is more than a social-media posting role. The successful candidate will help plan campaigns, create compelling content, grow qualified audiences and measure how marketing activities contribute to vendor enquiries, website visits, customer registrations and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Redgoldgriin’s marketing calendar.
  • Plan campaigns for customer acquisition, vendor recruitment, product launches, promotions and seasonal events.
  • Manage Redgoldgriin’s social media channels and publishing schedule.
  • Create engaging copy for social media, email, WhatsApp, advertisements and website campaigns.

  • Identify suitable influencers, creators, communities and promotional partners.

We are looking for a reliable and technically capable Website Administrator to maintain, improve and support the Redgoldgriin marketplace.

The Website Administrator will be responsible for website availability, security, performance, updates and technical troubleshooting. You will also help ensure that customer, vendor and administrator functions work properly across desktop and mobile devices.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that a multivendor marketplace requires more than visual website design—it must process registrations, products, orders, commissions, payments and vendor activities reliably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Redgoldgriin WordPress website and its marketplace functionality.
  • Manage WordPress core, theme and plugin updates.
  • Maintain WooCommerce, Rehub, Elementor and WCFM Marketplace configurations.
  • Monitor website availability, speed, errors and security.
  • Perform and verify regular website and database backups.
  • Test updates in a staging environment before applying them to the live website.
  • Troubleshoot conflicts involving themes, plugins, templates and custom code.
  • Monitor and improve website performance on desktop and mobile devices.

  • Maintain customer registration, login and account functions.

  • Support managed partner stores without mixing vendor accounts or records.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Practical experience administering WordPress and WooCommerce websites.
  • Experience with Elementor or another major WordPress page builder.
  • Familiarity with multivendor plugins such as WCFM Marketplace, Dokan or WC Vendors.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, databases and user roles.
  • Familiarity with website hosting, DNS, SSL certificates and email delivery.
  • Understanding of website backups, security and performance optimization.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; JavaScript and PHP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to test ecommerce workflows carefully before publishing changes.

About the Role

We are looking for an organized, commercially aware and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee the Redgoldgriin Official Store and manage storefronts for participating partner vendors.

The Store Manager will be responsible for product listings, pricing, inventory, merchandising, order coordination and store performance. The goal is to keep every assigned store accurate, attractive, well-stocked and ready to fulfil customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Redgoldgriin Official Store.

  • Manage assigned storefronts for partner vendors using Redgoldgriin’s managed-store service.

  • Keep each partner vendor’s identity, products, pricing and records properly separated.

  • Create and update product titles, descriptions, images, prices, variations and attributes.

  • Organize products into the correct categories, brands and collections.

  • Verify product information supplied by vendors before publishing listings.

  • Monitor stock levels and confirm inventory availability with partner vendors.

  • Remove, update or mark unavailable products promptly.

  • Coordinate promotions, discounts, coupons and featured-product placements.

  • Arrange products and collections to improve store presentation and sales.

  • Review incoming orders and confirm them with the appropriate vendor or fulfilment contact.

  • Monitor order preparation, dispatch, delivery, cancellation and return statuses.

  • Follow up on delayed or unfulfilled orders.

  • Coordinate customer questions relating to products, availability and orders.

  • Maintain accurate records of vendor prices, selling prices, commissions, sales and returns.

  • Prepare weekly reports on orders, sales, inventory, fulfilment and store performance.

The Store Manager will directly oversee products sold or managed by Redgoldgriin, including:

  • Redgoldgriin Essentials and grocery products.

  • Griin Editions products and special collections.

  • Selected products sourced or fulfilled directly by Redgoldgriin.

  • Promotions and featured collections within the official store.

Managed Partner Store Responsibilities

For vendors who do not wish to operate their own stores yet, the Store Manager will:

  • Create and maintain their Redgoldgriin storefronts.

  • Upload and update products based on vendor-approved information.

  • Confirm prices, inventory and product availability regularly.

  • Send orders to the correct vendor for fulfilment.

  • Track order progress and escalate fulfilment problems.

  • Maintain accurate sales and order records for each vendor.

  • Provide vendors with periodic performance updates.

  • Help capable vendors transition to managing their own stores when they are ready.

Who We’re Looking For
