Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operation of the Redgoldgriin Official Store.
Manage assigned storefronts for partner vendors using Redgoldgriin’s managed-store service.
Keep each partner vendor’s identity, products, pricing and records properly separated.
Create and update product titles, descriptions, images, prices, variations and attributes.
Organize products into the correct categories, brands and collections.
Verify product information supplied by vendors before publishing listings.

Remove, update or mark unavailable products promptly.

Managed Partner Store Responsibilities
For vendors who do not wish to operate their own stores yet, the Store Manager will:
Create and maintain their Redgoldgriin storefronts.
Upload and update products based on vendor-approved information.
Confirm prices, inventory and product availability regularly.
Send orders to the correct vendor for fulfilment.
Track order progress and escalate fulfilment problems.
Maintain accurate sales and order records for each vendor.
Provide vendors with periodic performance updates.
Help capable vendors transition to managing their own stores when they are ready.
